If it's taking longer than expected, give it 24–48 hours extra — delays sometimes happen. Don’t worry, our team is on it and tracking things from our end too.

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by heading to My Orders.

If the order is already packed or shipped, cancellation won’t be available.

Returns are simple. Just go to  Contact Us Page and raise a return request.

• Others get a 7-day window.

Make sure the product is unused, in original condition, and not a part of non-returnable items like accessories, innerwear, or promotional combos.

Wrong or damaged item? Raise a ticket within 24 hours — we’ll make it right.

Exchanges are available for size issues through My Account.

• Non-members: 7-day window

Product must be unused, intact, and eligible for exchange .Once your return is picked up (usually in 1-2 days), we ship out the new item.

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method

Most refunds reflect within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

If the payment went through but the order didn’t, don’t stress — the refund should be automatic.

Just wait 5–7 business days for it to show up in your original payment method.
