How do I return an order?
Open My Orders and tap Return. Black Locust X members get 30 days from the delivery date; everyone else has 7 days. The item must be unused, in its original condition or limited‑time promos such as BOGO. Wrong, damaged, or defective shipment? Let us know within 24 hours so we can put things right quickly.
How do I request an exchange?
Choose Exchange under My Orders. Black Locust X members have 30 days; other customers have 7 days, and exchanges are limited to size changes (colour swaps aren’t available). Once your pick‑up is booked, our courier partner collects the item in 1–2 business days and we dispatch the new size after a quality check.
My return hasn’t been collected yet.
Pick‑ups normally happen within 2–3 business days. If it’s taking longer, glance at the status in My Orders—local service disruptions can sometimes cause delays.
Return collected but exchange item still on the way.
We don’t deliver the replacement at the moment of pick‑up. After we receive and inspect the original piece, the new item is shipped following our standard delivery timelines. Track everything under My Orders.
How long after delivery can I send something back?
Thirty days for Black Locust X members, seven days for everyone else. Start the process in My Orders.
Can I swap for a different size?
Yes. Follow the exchange steps in My Orders within the same 30‑day or 7‑day window (membership dependent). Our courier collects the original within 1–2 days; the new size ships once it passes our quality check.
What if the product arrives damaged?
We’re sorry! Raise an exchange or return request within 7 days of delivery through My Orders and we’ll sort it out.
8. I received the wrong item—what now?
Start a return request in My Orders within your applicable return window (30 days for Black Locust X, 7 days for others) and choose the relevant reason. We’ll ship the correct product or issue a refund once the original is back with us.
9. I asked for a replacement—when will it arrive?
After our courier picks up the first item (usually within 1–2 business days), we send the replacement once it clears quality checks. Progress updates are visible in My Orders.
10. Why is my pick‑up delayed?
Our courier will attempt collection up to three times. Missed slots are automatically rescheduled. Keep an eye on My Orders for new pick‑up dates.
11. Are all items returnable?
Almost every Black Locust item is returnable—just keep it unused, unwashed, and tagged; the only exceptions are free gifts and products clearly marked “Non‑Returnable,” with a window of 30 days for Black Locust X members and 7 days for everyone else.
